i should've posted this earlier considering the time but i was thinking of cooking a small piece of steak for Gus tonight since it's his birthday.

does anyone have any guidelines / tips on how to do this? I did a search for "steak" in the forums and found nothing on google search led me to a bunch of vietnamese dog meat pages... :(

Lucky Gus!

When I cook Chiyo beef or chicken, I just slice it up and stir fry it -- no seasonings. Just plain old meat.

Happy Birthday Gus!

Hi again:

Yes, I do add just a little olive oil, because that is what I use. You can also broil or bake it in the oven. Like Bonnie says, any old way will do!

On a separate topic, I added a post to the Toto meetup posting. Rather than repeat it here, I wonder if you could have a look when you have time. I couldn't email you directly, so I just asked the question through the message board.

Hope Gus enjoys his dinner!

We have always mixed in table scraps with their kibble...they think they hit pay dirt with a few grains of rice!! A little bit goes a long way. Our guys are funny and either eat the special stuff first or leave it to the end.
